We’re looking for a Maintenance Intern for the summer of 2026 that is serious about a career in manufacturing. Requirements

• Completed the first year of an Associate Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
• The ability to dedicate 10-12 weeks to the internship program for the summer of 2026
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a great co-worker
• The ability to work on-site at our Delano, MN facility for the summer

Responsibilities

• Organize critical spare parts by assigning descriptions and locations, including the Modula and parts room
• Connect the spare part(s) to the assets in IFS, then assign part numbers
• Establish inventory, cycle counts, and adjustments
• Work with vendors and suppliers on part numbers and identification
