About The Position
The position involves the maintenance and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of all bank facilities, including grounds and landscaping. The role requires performing preventive maintenance and general repairs across all buildings. It is essential to conduct relationships and activities in accordance with established Bank policies, procedures, and systems, as well as the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. The individual must acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of security procedures and practice established protocols. Additionally, understanding one's role in the event of a robbery, whether as a victim or bystander, and knowing the proper post-robbery procedures is crucial.
