About The Position

We are seeking Interns to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado for the Summer of 2026. These individuals will learn how to operate in a mill setting and interact with plant personnel, as well as external suppliers and contractors. Interns will be placed in our Operational and/or our Maintenance departments. Must passionately follow health and safety practices Maintain, analyze, and draft reports related to data and performance Interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally in written and verbal form Maintain good attendance and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Hydrology
Strong written and oral communication skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite and Power BI
Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, which will include inside and outside environmental conditions
All applicants must be eligible to work in the USA.
