At Zipline, Maintenance Instructors do far more than traditional aviation training. From collaborating with engineers and subject matter experts to creating training content, to leading instructor-led classes or coaching technicians one-on-one through on-the-job (OJT) training-you'll play a vital role in keeping our US operations and logistics system running. This is not just another maintenance training role. Our team is building the world's first logistics system that serves all people equally. Maintenance Instructors ensure our technicians are ready to keep our system safe, reliable, and compliant by delivering meaningful, timely training.
