About The Position

Provide necessary maintenance services to all equipment and the building in
order for production personnel to achieve the goals set by management.

Requirements

• Must have H. S. Diploma or GED.
• Must speak, read and write the English language.
• Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Is frequently required to talk or listen.
• Be able to lift heavy machine parts.
• Be able to climb ladders at various heights.
• Be able to operate various personnel lifts.
• Be certified forklift operator.
• Must have 4-7 years related experience.

• Prefer trade school graduate or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all machinery maintenance.
• Responsible for all building maintenance including plumbing & electrical.
• Repair equipment breakdowns.
• Responsible for the installation and/or relocation of equipment.
• Responsible for all carpentry and construction work.
• Operate appropriate equipment needed to complete the project at hand.
• Responsible for needed preventive maintenance.
• Submit PO's for purchase of needed material.
