About The Position

The Facilities Team has an opening in Building Maintenance. In Building Maintenance you will need to be capable of basic repairs such as patching, painting, changing out electrical motors and changing light bulbs which may include some electrical work to change ballasts. Experience in welding is preferred. The bulk of the work will be preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including compactors and conveyors. May be required to assist with spills and custodial duties as needed.

Requirements

Strong mechanical skills
Experience as an electrician
Good interpersonal skills (including verbal and written communication)
Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
PC and application experience (MS Office, CCTV, etc.)
Ability to be flexible with start/end times of each shift

Nice To Haves

Experience in welding
