About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Facilities Maintenance Director, Maintenance II will perform light maintenance, general cleaning, and manual labor, primarily in and around County Courthouse, Courthouse Annex. Maintenance II will perform grounds keeping around the same and other county facilities. This individual will perform other jobs as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Director. Maintenance II is required to be punctual, dependable, trustworthy and willing, and able to work diligently eight hours a day, maintaining a congenial, helpful disposition, while working closely with all Elected Officials, Department Heads and county employees.
