Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of repairing, replacing, and diagnosing mechanical problems associated with equipment related to rip saw.
• Utilize a variety of pneumatic and handheld tools for maintenance tasks.
• Engage in welding, utilizing cutting torch and brazing techniques.
• Read blueprints and schematics, including simple and complicated drawings.
• Perform diagnostic and repair tasks from floor to overhead height.
• Conduct benchwork for troubleshooting, assembly, and disassembly of equipment.
• Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, levels, and squares.
• Work flexible hours as needed and adhere to safety protocols by wearing required PPE.
• Complete monthly OSHA trainings and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling.
