Requirements
- 2 year college degree or 6 years of experience in related field preferred.
- Display strong mechanical ability.
- Previous experience and skills in areas such as: building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, masonry, painting, carpentry, and basic lock repairs.
- Ability, knowledge, and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects and establish priorities with diverse timelines and responsibilities.
- Experience in problem solving, investigation and research.
- Ability to be pro-active in approach to problem resolution.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
- Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license and be insurable within the CoralTree Residence Collection system.
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Maintenance I is to ensure exceptional guest and owner services by effectively maintaining the machinery, equipment, and infrastructure within their designated scope.
- The role of the Maintenance I is vital in upholding an efficient, dependable, safe, and conducive environment for our esteemed owners, valued guests, and respected team members.
