About The Position
Responsible for the timely and effective completion of all work orders assigned.
Requirements
- School Diploma or equivalent with six months of maintenance experience.
- Must possess a valid State of Ohio driver's license and show evidence of personal vehicle insurance with adequate liability protection.
Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance duties as directed, including but not limited to lawn moving, weed control, snow removal, litter control, and dumpsters condition.
- Perform janitorial duties as required.
- Paint apartments as directed.
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor as to disabled inoperable vehicles, broken glass, torn screens and/or residents with debris/junk outside their unit.
- Daily inspection of assigned vehicle and upkeep of mileage log.
- Perform minor maintenance repairs as directed.
- Complete work orders as directed.
