About The Position

The Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day maintenance operations, ensuring the facility is safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This role supervises maintenance staff, establishes maintenance standards and procedures, coordinates work with nursing services, and ensures compliance with fire safety, infection control, and workplace safety policies. The supervisor manages schedules, inspections, reporting, and supply usage while promoting efficient operations and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include monitoring hazardous materials handling, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining sanitation standards, and promptly reporting hazards, damages, or exposure incidents. The Maintenance Supervisor supports a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
