The position involves efficiently and safely operating central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment while adhering to sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures. The role requires accurate and efficient repair and maintenance of food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration systems, boilers, plumbing systems, and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems. Additionally, the position entails troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic problems and repairing them as quickly and economically as possible, as well as performing preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
