The Maintenance Helper is responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and plumbing systems, maintaining hardware, furnishings and specialized equipment and/or performing preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, multi-zone and heating/ventilating units, exhaust fans and other equipment, construction, maintaining and repairing wood and concrete structures, performing remodel work and maintaining, protecting, preserving, decorating and painting the interior and exterior painted surfaces, structures, equipment and furnishings; performs minor maintenance; does related work ask required. Physical strength and agility are required to lift and carry ladders, power and hand tools and maintenance equipment and to work on ladders, scaffolding. Working conditions may include working a height and in confined spaces. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
