Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
  • The required skills of professionalism and precision measuring are vital for maintaining high standards in all maintenance tasks.
  • Daily work involves climbing ladders and operating scissor lifts, which requires physical fitness and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Reading blueprints is essential for understanding the layout and specifications of machinery, ensuring accurate repairs.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and machines allows the Maintenance Helper to effectively assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks.
