About The Position
As a Class III Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel inside and out, ensuring it looks new and well-manicured. Your tasks will include painting, fixing furniture, grounds maintenance, and assisting with equipment repairs, such as televisions. You will interact with guests and coworkers, responding to their needs to provide a safe and comfortable environment. You will help maintain the physical plant of the hotel and its surrounding grounds, including the parking lot, lawn, and pool, with minimal inconvenience to others. Your role will involve performing maintenance and repairs, being prepared for emergencies, assisting other departments, and following safety and security policies.
