About The Position

This temporary part-time position will handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the college campus in the evenings and on weekends. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing tasks such as carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical work, and general upkeep. Essential Job Functions: Perform general maintenance and repairs across facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems. Inspect buildings and report issues requiring major repairs

Requirements

• Experience as a handyperson, utility worker, or in a related trade.
• Strong knowledge of hardware tools and general repair skills.
• Basic understanding of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Technical training or certifications a plus
