About The Position

We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician for our property in the Detroit/Southfield, MI area. The role involves completing service requests and general property upkeep, requiring a range of maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of property maintenance experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work space
• Perform basic seasonal lawn care (mulch, shoveling, ice salting, etc.)
• Communicate with management upon completion of tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
