About The Position

We are hiring a maintenance technician to join our property management service team. The role is dynamic and adapts to meet the needs of our clients, focusing on maintaining commercial properties.

Requirements

• Must have a clean criminal history
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs and ballasts
• Perform painting tasks
• Change or remove ceiling tiles
• Clean parking lots
• Wash windows
• Conduct post-construction clean-up
• Perform first impression cleaning
• Remove and haul unwanted office furniture
• Carry out repairs
• Handle minor plumbing or electrical work
