As Assigned by Maintenance Director Education: Desire High School Diploma or GED Certificates/License Requirements: Valid Drivers License Experience Required: Experience in general maintenance/grounds keeping Skills/Abilities Required: Willingness to follow instructions; Ability to listen and communicate (verbally); Knowledge of landscape maintenance; Ability to operate landscape equipment; Ability to operate power tools and hand tools Physical/Mental Demands: Heavy lifting up to 75+lbs
