About The Position
The primary purpose of the Mobile Home Community Grounds Keeper is to maintain and enhance the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of the mobile home community's outdoor spaces and common areas. As a vital member of the community management team, the Grounds Keeper is responsible for ensuring that the property's exterior spaces are aesthetically pleasing, safe, and well-maintained, thereby contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of the residents and visitors.
