Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of established procedures for OSHA, Fire Marshal, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance tasks and operate grounds maintenance equipment.
• Maintain building systems and structures.
• Provide custodial services and oversee construction and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with building and fire codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee security and fire alarm systems in all buildings.
