About The Position
Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area. Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years by "helping individuals and families with life's changing needs". The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary: Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition. This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with weekends off!
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
- Ability to read and write
- Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
