About The Position

Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Penn Hills and Monroeville areas . Lifesteps is a non-profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for over 100 years by helping individuals and families with life's changing needs . The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential. Position Summary: Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition. This full-time position works Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm with weekends off!

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
• Ability to read and write
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
