About The Position

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.
• REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 91 DAY WAIT PERIOD.
• Must have a minimum of (1) year of Mechanic work experience documented in the work history and/or resume section of the application or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 year)
• MUST PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS TASKED BY ADMINISTRATION.
