Competitive Compensation ($19.80-$28.30 per hour, $2.00 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts) What to expect: Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets. You can expect to be on your feet in a fast-paced factory environment. Because we are working with meat, we work in 38–42-degree temps. Use of Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, Ladders, Fall Protection, and Lock Out Tag Out Overtime and Weekend Work Computer based training and data entry into the SAP system.
