The Maintenance Generalist will work with other team members and the Maintenance Manager to properly maintain all equipment, buildings, and grounds of the Lodging properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for setting up maintenance schedules and record keeping, performing repairs and preventative maintenance duties. Show dedication and pride in your work by repairing and maintaining the facilities with the highest level of quality. Leverage your critical thinking and problem solving skills. Be proactive in identifying any potential problems or maintenance issues. Make positive contributions to the work environment and business. We operate as a team and want to hear your ideas. Learn about restaurants and hotel facilities. Be self-motivated and manage your time and priorities. Work as a team to get things done. Enjoy various projects and assignments.
