About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 181 DAY WAIT PERIOD, determined from their last date of employment.
Must have a minimum of (1) year Mechanic work experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program (can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 year) documented in the work history section of the application or uploaded resume to be considered for an interview.
