About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of equipment and systems within our facility Pay range $20.35/hr - $29.10/hr. Based on Previous Experience

Requirements

• Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of Industrial Maintenance eperience.
• Saturday and Sunday work required if needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules.
• Must have 90 days since the last term date.
• Not eligible for hire if terminated 3x or more.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Maintain and rebuild machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment.
• Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections.
• Installation and Monitoring: Assist with new equipment installation.
• Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Repair and Replacement: Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel.
