The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This position supports production in a fresh food manufacturing environment while maintaining compliance with Tyson policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform maintenance in raw and fresh product processing areas. Ensure all maintenance activities protect food safety and prevent contamination. Work in temperature-controlled environments with exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, and production equipment. Coordinate maintenance work around production schedules and sanitation windows.
