Maintenance Generalist - 2nd shift - Monett
About The Position
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Description: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, and welding. Other duties as assigned. Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, and required to include work on ladders. This position works in a cold, damp to hot and humid environment, and slippery surfaces. Good communication with management and all departments. Must maintain an updated pallet Jack and forklift license. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation Must have 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 12 months of employment. Must have 1 year of industrial maintenance experience. Rehire Consideration: Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered. 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
