Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across every area of our Facilities and influence company performance by maintaining our equipment. Our Maintenance Generalist's are vital to maintaining our Team Member's safety through problem-solving and proactive upkeep. Requirements

  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly during shift
  • Ability to push, pull and lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand on hard surface for up to 12 hours per day
  • Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, and gripping
  • Frequent overhead work
  • Basic Math skills: percentages, fractions, and measurements
  • Position will require Lock Out Tag Out certification
  • Must have at least 1 year of industrial maintenance work experience and 6 months of work history with 1 employer within the last 2 years listed on application

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs
  • Perform preventing maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic Plant equipment
  • Minimize downtime due to equipment failure
  • Support production in addressing equipment problems during shift
  • Handle all mechanical problems that may arise
  • Ensure work area is clean at all time
  • Record keeping and attention to detail
