About The Position

Maintenance Technicians at Love's play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. This customer-facing position involves general customer service duties, assisting in various maintenance tasks, and contributing to customer satisfaction. The role is designed for individuals with no prior experience, as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use various tools and equipment for cleaning and maintaining facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance (HVAC systems, fuel systems, refrigeration systems, etc.).
• Perform pressure washing, plumbing repair, site inspections, and other assigned duties.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Comply with company safety policies and procedures, prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction.
