They also assist in major repairs and upgrades and participate in large-scale maintenance duties as part of the dining team. Responsibilities include documenting procedures, processes, and best practices, performing preventative and scheduled predictive maintenance checks, and providing on-site support during special events, off-hours, holidays, and weekends. The technician must swiftly correct unsafe conditions and report non-correctable ones to a supervisor. This role also involves installing new equipment, repairing leaks, maintaining wiring controls, and replacing defective parts. Maintaining inventory and ensuring proper tool and equipment maintenance are also key duties.
