Supervises and works with a group of employees engaged in maintenance and repair tasks such as general repairs, pest extermination, maintenance of fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems, installing carpeting and tile, installing blinds, and other work involved in the upkeep of buildings and other structures. Oversees various contractors such as Cleaning etc. Also supervises the Facilities Attendants, mail room, and warehouse.
