The Maintenance Foreman leads the team that keeps every part of the park running—facilities, grounds, systems, and infrastructure that support animal care, staff operations, and guest experience. In this role, you’ll take ownership of projects, guide the team, and make sure work is done safely, efficiently, and to standard. From routine upkeep to larger improvement projects, your work keeps Tanganyika running safely and efficiently. By keeping buildings and systems reliable, you help ensure guests can focus on learning, connection, and conservation.
