Review MS website prior to application: https://www.rentanapt.com/ Job responsibilities include: Learn and follow written policy Work under direction of regional asset manager, property supervisor and on-site apartment manager Supervise all personnel involved in maintenance and upkeep of property Evaluate staff Assign and complete service requests Purchasing & account for supplies Emergency responses Qualifications: Five (5) years experience as maintenance foreman HVAC certification Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs Basic computer and internet skills required Familiarity with OneSite Facilities, OpsBuyer, Word, Excel and Outlook a plus Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
