• Availability for overtime on holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and maintain the Hammer Mill and air system.
• Check for proper operation and air leaks in the load out area.
• Inspect steam system condensate pump operation in the basement area.
• Monitor the condition of crumble rolls and cooler fans.
• Inspect oil levels and lubrication systems in pellet mills.
• Ensure proper operation of receiving and mixing areas.
• Conduct inspections of coolers and pelleting areas for leaks and operational issues.
• Perform safety inspections of work areas and equipment as designated by the supervisor.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on feed manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with inventories of feeds, ingredients, and spare parts.
