Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond As a Maintenance & Facilities Manager, you will own the performance, reliability, and upkeep of all production equipment and facility systems. You are responsible for delivering uptime, building a high-performing maintenance organization, and ensuring maintenance execution is efficient, safe, and scalable. You will lead technicians and specialists while partnering closely with the Maintenance Engineer to implement maintenance strategies, reliability programs, and data-driven improvements. This role is accountable for execution and results, ensuring that maintenance work is completed effectively, assets perform reliably, and the operation meets production goals.
