Requirements

• Great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or possess a skill set that shows an aptitude to learn these skills.
• Professional appearance is a must.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and car.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks ensuring the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
