About the position

The Maintenance Expeditor (ME) is responsible for requesting parts needs for an assigned fleet. This role involves reviewing and verifying daily field restock orders, managing them in the Will Call area, and ensuring that orders are being received in the field. The ME will place parts requests from Bay correctly into the maintenance system and will be able to use and search Liberty and Vendor systems to identify parts. Additionally, the ME is responsible for correctly returning all cores and unused parts to the warehouse to ensure work order accuracy. Managing consumables stock levels and organization for the assigned area is also a key responsibility. Participation in the Quarterly Inventory count in the Warehouse is required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs work tasks in a safe manner.
  • Reviews and verifies field restock orders.
  • Verifies that out-of-stock parts at the time of field restock order are distributed to crew once they become available.
  • Places field restock orders in Will Call location and ensures field delivery.
  • Processes core and unused part returns to Warehouse correctly.
  • Manages assigned consumable area stock levels and organization.
  • Properly processes parts request within maintenance software system.
  • Verifies and delivers parts kits to bay based on maintenance scheduler.
  • Participates in Quarterly inventory count in Warehouse.
  • Cleans and organizes assigned bay.
  • Identifies Liberty equipment by name and understands its operation and purpose.
  • Understands all standard operating procedures required in the Maintenance Department.
  • Assists with the Implementation of New Products and Equipment at the District Level.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Frac operations and theory.
  • Good understanding of maintenance software systems and able to navigate different Vendor systems.
  • Possesses good communication skills.
  • Processes maintenance forms and verifies their proper completion.
  • Understanding of computers and Microsoft based programs.
  • Follows all safety processes and procedures.
  • Must not have received any write-up within the past year.
