Additionally, the manager will prepare and manage facility Capital Asset Project proposals, ensuring projects are planned properly and funds are utilized effectively. Responsibilities include strategic planning for capital investments, standardizing maintenance processes, managing risks related to regulatory compliance, and maintaining operating and capital budgets. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable information.
