About The Position

The Maintenance Engineer performs the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. This includes but is not limited to preventative, emergency, corrective and routine repairs, in steam pressure systems, hot water systems, electrical, mechanical, hire safety, plumbing and HVAC equipment. Responsibilities also include cleaning, grounds keeping, painting/carpenter, masonry duties as directed to maintain the interior and exterior physical structure of the building.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, emergency, corrective, and routine repairs on facility equipment.
• Maintain steam pressure systems and hot water systems.
• Conduct repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure safety compliance in maintenance tasks.
• Handle plumbing and HVAC equipment maintenance.
• Perform cleaning and grounds keeping duties.
• Execute painting, carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed.
