About The Position

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will provide on-site technical support for operations, maintenance, and project teams at the Resolution Copper Operations. This role focuses on failure analysis, defect elimination, and the implementation of improvement projects to enhance safety, asset performance, and cost efficiency. The position offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute significantly to the safe and reliable operation of critical assets, ensuring production requirements are met.

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering maintenance roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Experience with asset failure analysis.
• Willingness to perform in-field tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an underground fixed plant environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP or equivalent CMMS.
• Basic computer aided drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Identification, ownership, and implementation of initiatives to deliver improvements in safety, asset performance, and cost.
• Capital project validation, review, and delivery support.
• Initiation and facilitation of failure analysis to mitigate acute and chronic asset failures.
• Implementation of and improvement to maintenance tactics for new and existing assets.
