About The Position

The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and proper functioning of all ranch facilities, property, and equipment. They will assist in providing the best possible experience for our guests and fellow staff by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 -2 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Have ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Should be outgoing and friendly, enjoy working with the public. Work well alone or with other team members. Be flexible to the needs of the department and the Ranch. All Maintenance personnel should have a professional appearance and are identified by Ranch logo uniforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team to complete HotSOS requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform upkeep and repairs across all Ranch properties.
  • Conduct plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and security of all areas.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in emergency coverage.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Support team projects.
  • Other duties as requested by Director of Facilities to ensure optimal guest experience.
