About The Position
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the building and grounds are maintained and functioning as directed by routine schedules.
Requirements
- Free of a conviction or prior employment history of child or resident abuse or dependent adult abuse.
- High school degree or equivalent along with trade school.
- A minimum of three – five years maintenance experience, preferred.
- Valid driver's license required for driving requirements.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift, and move throughout areas as required.
- Ability to sit, drive, push, pull, grasp, reach and climb ladders as required.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate hand tools, electrical equipment, computer keyboard, mouse and other devices and objects.
- Traveling throughout the community to complete job responsibilities.
