About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and equipment, contributing to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, implementing effective solutions promptly. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. - Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems. - Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability when needed. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. - Proficiency with maintenance management software and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. - Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance, engineering, or related fields are preferred. Requirements
