About The Position

Requirements

1 year of classroom training or 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.
Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of preventative and routine maintenance and repairs.
May include groundskeeping and simple interior/exterior maintenance
