About The Position

Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE:HR) is a real estate investment trust that owns, manages and develops medical real estate throughout the country. The company is recruiting for an experienced on-site Maintenance Engineer to work in medical office buildings located in Washington state.

Requirements

Minimum of Five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance
Thorough understanding of Building Automation Systems
Thorough understanding of electrical systems
Thorough understanding of controls
Thorough understanding of condensing boilers
Thorough understanding of package rooftop HVAC
Thorough understanding of variable air volume systems
Thorough understanding of chemical treatment
Thorough understanding of emergency generation equipment
Thorough understanding of plumbing
Thorough understanding of transfer switches
Thorough understanding of life safety systems
Basic skills with Microsoft Office
Ability to use personal computer and smart phone for work order system and email
Excellent organization skills
Excellent verbal skills
Excellent written skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Ability to read blueprints
Takes ownership of work
Is flexible
Focuses on creating a positive and welcoming impression

Responsibilities

Performs assigned repairs
Performs building upkeep duties as needed (periodic pressure washing and leaf blowing as needed)
Performs emergency and preventive maintenance in a timely manner
Completes maintenance and repair records as required
Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner
