The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Building Management Systems, Life Safety and Lighting Controls, HVAC equipment (including air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors, and pumps), as well as commercial low‑voltage AC circuits and electronic components. This role requires hands‑on experience with low-voltage control systems, audio/video and processor‑based devices, wireless circuits, phone systems, and commercial kitchen equipment. The technician must be capable of independently managing projects without supervision from senior staff
