This is an opportunity to maintain the integrity of the one-of-a-kind, new Applied Underwriters Operational Headquarters, located in the Heartwood Preserve development. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and reliable operation of the buildings electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues and managing repair projects.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Building Engineer, or related field
  • At least 3 years of subcontractor selection and management experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Skill in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
